Example #1: After a heavy rain a customer called with a flooded basement. She called here
insurance claims department.They asked her some questions and the insurance company denied her claim. I arrived
on the scene to find her power off from the storm. Her basment was flooded with strom water but she had a sump pump in her
basement. Since the sump pump could not opperate with the power off it was a covered claim. The customer called back with
the information we gave her and the claim was covered and it saved her $5000.
Example#2: A customer with a septic tank had her toilet overflow. She called insuranse claims
department. They asked her some questions and denied her claim. After the plumber unclogged her line we found a toy had
clogged her line before reaching the septic tank which caused the backflow. We informed the customer to re file
claim and it saved them $3000
