Yes, once surface water is removed, Microban will be used on saturated areas to prevent
any microbial growth. We use monitoring equipment and thermal imaging technology measure the amount of moisture that has been
absorbed into the materials of your structure through a process called moisture mapping. Depending on the materials and level
of moisture we will start a drying process using equipment that will combine evaporation and dehumidification to bring you
home or business to a "pre-loss condition" according to IICRC standards. We have successfully dried
Skyscrapers during hurricane restoration projects, Hospitals with several OSHA health standards, Government buildings
with important documents that had to be preserved through freeze drying, and of course several homes just like yours.
Is it that important?
Yes, failure to properly dry you structure can result in Mold, Mildew, or
Rot. We have seen a support wall collapse in a building due to the neglect of not dying after a water leak.
We have performed many Mold Remediation jobs due to the neglect of properly drying a structure. We have even witnessed
heath problems resulting in death to individuals who have neglected to properly have their home dried and lawsuits in other
commercial properties. If you have a water leak have us come and inspect your property to insure your assets, health,
and safety.
